2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and improve our services (Growth Strategy, Sales Development, Market Positioning, Commercial Planning, Business Advisory, Expansion Support, Performance Analysis, Remote Consulting), communicate with you about your projects, send invoices and process payments, and send relevant business insights with your consent.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, cloud storage) solely to operate our business, under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Project-related data is typically retained for 5 years after project completion.

5. Your Rights

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All communications are encrypted and access to client data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

Terms of Service

1. Services

TMM Trade provides B2B consulting services including Growth Strategy (from $2,500/project), Sales Development (from $1,800/project), Market Positioning (from $1,500/project), Commercial Planning (from $2,000/project), Business Advisory (from $250/hour or $1,200/month), Expansion Support (from $3,000/project), Performance Analysis (from $1,000/audit), and Remote Consulting (from $950/month).

2. Engagement & Payment

All engagements begin with a signed proposal or statement of work. Project fees are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date.

3. Intellectual Property

All strategies, frameworks, and deliverables created by TMM Trade remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client. TMM Trade retains the right to reference the engagement (without disclosing confidential details) in our portfolio.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

5. Limitation of Liability

TMM Trade provides strategic recommendations based on available information and professional expertise. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and is payable in full.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Missouri.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of professional consulting services, TMM Trade operates a limited refund policy. Once strategic work has commenced, fees for completed work are non-refundable.

2. Project-Based Services

For project-based engagements (Growth Strategy, Sales Development, Market Positioning, Commercial Planning, Expansion Support, Performance Analysis): the 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable once the project kickoff meeting has taken place. If TMM Trade fails to deliver agreed deliverables within the agreed timeline without cause, the client may request a partial refund for undelivered work.

3. Retainer & Monthly Services

For Business Advisory and Remote Consulting monthly retainers: cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Unused advisory hours do not roll over.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of documented force majeure or if TMM Trade is unable to fulfill the engagement due to internal reasons, a full refund of any advance payments will be issued within 14 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and finding a fair solution before any formal dispute process.

6. How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests in writing to contact@tmm-trade.com with your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
